Trail: Lower Mountain Gully Creek (Gentle, 2km, 60mins, ascent 50m)

This short loop circles a deep remnant rainforest gully (which seems to have escaped fire damage) full of massive trees, fern trees and mosses and lichen. It is possible to get to the creek and the fern trees in places, but the waterfalls are generally heard rather than seen.

(Gentle, 2km, 60min, ascent 50m)

Be careful where you park/drive - the roads away from the main tracks can be slippery and steep. The way back involves a climb through the creek and following a steep bike trail out.

A trace of the path can be found on Gaia.
